Janet Matthies
Janet Matthies is an Integrative Bodyworker and the founder of Infinity Flexibility. With more than two decades of experience, her work is driven by a lifelong curiosity about the body and a passion for all things wellness.
Over the years, Janet has studied and practiced a wide range of healing modalities, including massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, resistance-based flexibility training, yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and shamanic healing. Rather than treating these as separate practices, she has built Infinity around the idea that the most effective approach often comes from combining them.
Her sessions are highly individualized, drawing from different techniques depending on what each person and their body need. She works with clients experiencing pain, injury, limited mobility, muscular imbalance, or simply a desire to feel stronger and more at home in their bodies.
Infinity Flexibility continues to grow alongside Janet’s own curiosity. As she learns, experiments, and adds new tools to her practice, her goal remains the same: to help people better understand their bodies, support their own healing, and become active participants in their well-being.
