A friend of mine had been recommended to take the following supplements from Harvard Community Health, Nadine Braunstein, RD, thought I would share 🙂

vitamin C – 1000mg 1xday (time-released with Bioflavonoids)
Vitamin D – 200IU 1xday
Selenium – 200mcg 1xday (or eat 2 almonds or 1 brazil nut a day instead)
Garlic Pills – 1-2xday (Quintessence Brand (red cap) available at Whole Foods)
Psillium – 1 tablespoon per day
